Fishing on the Potomac

Abandon hydroelectric plans inadvertently create a prime fishing spot. This spot is also a dumping ground for large rocks either dredged up from other parts of the river or building projects of years past. Unfortunately the amount and average size of the rub rubble mixed with the less than tame, at times, nature of the Potomac in general creates some extremely dangerous rapids especially during storm surges. As a result, a large helicopter pad was erected to aid in rescues.
